I became interested in massage therapy over 10 years ago, while studying to become an esthetician. Over the years, I pursued in-depth studies in Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. I continue my involvement with the Upledger Institute as a teaching assistant for Craniosacral Therapy.

I resigned from my full-time job as an administrative assistant in order to become a Registered Massage Therapist and have not regretted my decision. I completed a rigorous, academic and clinical training for 2 years at the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic.

I love coming to work at YMT because every client I see has different health challenges, whether it be to de-stress, or to find and treat the cause of their pain. I find it satisfying to know that I have helped them feel better.
